Nanny Services

We personally interview all our nannies and check the following for every nanny:

  • Identification

  • CV’s

  • Qualifications

  • Recent verbal references

  • Enhanced disclosure from the ‘Criminal Records Bureau’

We talk with the family to assess their childcare needs, what is important to them and discuss options that may be available. We will also be happy to help with any queries and give advice on issues such as pay, tax, contracts etc.

We will discuss with the family possible, suitable candidates, and then forward CVs you wish to see.

If the family wish to meet and interview any suitable Nannies we will arrange a date and time that is convenient for both parties.

A second interview can be arranged if you wish. Often, at the first interview the family prefer to meet the nanny without their children, then have a second interview with the children present.

Families may wish for us to offer the position to the Nanny and negotiate on times, salary etc if necessary.

We will advise and supply a sample contract for the family.

We will advise on and send application forms for Nanny Tax.

We will ring both the family and Nanny after the 1st working week to ensure all is going well and to help iron out any small issues there may be. We are ALWAYS available at any time to discuss any issues for both the family and the nanny, at any time before, during or after employment of a Nanny.
